In just two months of using BodyKore just once a week I have gone from a size 36 inch to a 33 inch waist. I have also dropped 9 kilos in weight, from 97 to 88 kilos. I am a client Lynda’s for over 2 years, and I can honestly say she is a true professional . She gives me challenging and varied workouts, Lynda ensures that my technique is always correct, and monitors my progress giving me regular reports of improvements or if I am not giving my best effort (and she is always right)! I have learned so much from Lynda over the last 2 years. Lynda is supportive, encouraging and tough when I need it!! I wouldn’t consider any other personal trainer.
I was skeptical when I first went for hypnotherapy for a gastric band. But after the first session my hunger decreased. I lost 12 pound in a month and no longer ate large amounts of food. I would definitely recommend hypnotherapy to help loose weight.
Its never to late to exercise. BodyKore is for the young and not so young. Lynda in BodyKore provides a broad range of health & life enhancing skills in a friendly, motivating and confidential atmosphere. I’m retired, I joined BodyKore about 2 years ago. Exercising in a small group and with some personal training my flexibility and balance has improved remarkably, so has my confidence and self- esteem. an added bonus, I’ve made new friends.

Lynda works with me on a 5 week programme which ensures I don’t get bored and the body is challenged. At the end of the programme I am weighted and measured to ensure that i am reaching my goals. Lynda’s Dynamic Pilates & Stretching class is a wonderful class, while it may be low intensity it is challenging. Lynda’s corrects body position and posture whilst educating the class on what muscles are being exercised and why. Lynda’s class numbers ensure that we are being monitored closely.
